Their focus was Building & Site Design, with a major emphasis on larger commercial and residential properties. Special emphasis on constrained or difficult sites. With nearly 30 years experience, We have successfully represented many commercial real estate developers as engineering and construction consultants on several major development projects. A major career decision shift came in 1996 with the start of my 12 year relationship with a leading Construction Management Firm here in Connecticut. As a Senior Project Manager in their Connecticut office, we addressed the needs and concerns of very significant Property Developers. Assignments in commercial construction and development support ranged from building shopping centers and strip malls to office buildings, institutional facilities, hotels, and residential projects. To this day, we continue to consult with this same CM on their current projects. As a result, We've since developed the idea of combining all aspects of design and construction with the goal of helping people understand exactly what they needed to know to SELL, BUY and DEVELOP commercial real estate.
