 About Keith Roberts
Mr. Roberts is a trained and seasoned professional in the following technical areas:
From his days back in the 70's on land survey crews he knew his talents and ambitions lay in his ability to discover and help create what “is possible” in any given property site. Keith received his primary technical education at The University of Connecticut. In 1978, he earned his degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering and Foundation Design. He worked in private engineering and public engineering capacities to enhance his education with hands-on experience. In 1984, he started his own engineering company. Keith A. Roberts & Associates, Inc., of Meriden, Connecticut, managed a diverse nature of engineering engagements. Their business territory included Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York. Their focus was Building & Site Design, with a major emphasis on larger commercial and residential properties. Keith has also had major project design engagements with municipal and state government throughout the northeast. With nearly 30 years experience, Keith developed an extraordinary relationship with his clients, and with state and local regulatory agencies. In the process, he acquired a vast knowledge about “how” commercial real estate projects gain interest, how to design them, how to guide them through the approval process, and, ultimately, how to get them built. He has steered a large number of business and large residential projects through countless regulatory bodies. He has successfully presented commercial real estate projects as a representative of the land developers. He gained approvals from such agencies as local Inland Wetlands & Planning Commissions, State Departments of Transportation and Environmental Protection, the Army Corps of In other words, Keith’s major shift into the development world came in 1996 with the start of 10 years service with John Moriarty & Associates of Boston, Massachusetts. As a Senior Project Manager in their Connecticut office, Keith addressed the needs and concerns of very significant Property Developers. Assignments in commercial construction and development support ranged from building shopping centers and strip malls to office buildings and residential high rises. As a result, During this period of his career, Keith developed the idea of combining all aspects of design and construction with the goal of helping people understand exactly what they needed to know to SELL, BUY, and DEVELOP commercial real estate. Today, he focuses his main efforts towards providing commercial real estate developers with the purchase, design and construction strategies that make the difference in successful and profitable commercial development endeavors:
